Teen Weightlifting Program
Mondays through Thursday | 3:00 pm–4:00 pm
This program will allow teens of all abilities to build a solid foundation of strength training, lifting techniques, and injury prevention. Coaches Alex and Chapin will guide participants through full-body workouts using free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, machines and more. $100 per session or $350 for 4. Parents Night Out
