Learn simple self-care techniques to release stress and tension. We have 15 soft foam rollers for use. If you have a soft foam roller, please bring your own.

Jen teaches Power Flow Yoga on Sundays at 10:00 am and Gentle Flow Yoga on Wednesdays at 5:15 pm.
