Parking
We kindly ask our Members to not park at the hotel entrance or anywhere with red markings or loading zones. You can access the Bay Club entrance by utilizing the parking structure on Jones Road.
Bay Club Pleasanton:
Studio 1 Floor Resurfacing
Group Fitness Studio resurfacing is scheduled to be complete and reopened on Tuesday, February 21.
Racquetball and Handball Courts 1 & 2 Resurfacing
Court resurfacings are scheduled to begin on Monday, February 27. Please be on the lookout for more details to come.
Tennis Resurfacing and Upgrades
Tennis Courts 1, 4 and 6 resurfacing is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 6. Please be on the lookout for more details to come.
Locker Update
All locker keys were replenished last week. As a friendly reminder, day lockers are provided by the Club for daily temporary storage only. These lockers are emptied nightly, and the club is not responsible for items left in them. Please note that members may be charged up to $75 to replace the lock if they misplace their key. Private lockers, including executive lockers, are available for a monthly fee.
In addition, we are continuing to monitor the number of lockers that are available for your convenience. Our updated keys have arrived and will be installed this week.
We appreciate your patience and kindly ask that if you do have a locker key in your possession, please return it to the Front Desk for others to utilize during their stay.
Bay Club Fremont:
Pool Closures
-The Lap Pool is currently closed for resurfacing and deck refinishing. This upgrade will take approximately 10 weeks to complete.
-The second phase of the Pool Deck resurfacing includes resurfacing the deck around the Exercise Pool and Jacuzzi. This is scheduled to be refinished on Saturday, April 1.
-We will continue to provide regular updates and reminders about the Pool closures. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Women’s Locker Room Shower Closure
The Women’s Locker Room showers will be closed for renovations beginning Monday, February 20 for approximately six weeks. All other areas of the locker room, including the toilets and sinks, will remain open for use. To accommodate the changes, the Family Locker Room will be available only to women during this time.
