Facilities, Personnel, and Operations Update

Bay Club Pleasanton:

Women’s Locker Room Water Update
Week of Monday, January 16
We are currently working on resolving our water temperature issues in the Women’s Locker Room. The current temp reads 85-90 degrees in a few showers. We have repaired the Women’s locker room mixing valve and are working to replace each valve that services each shower stall.

The parts are on order and are expected to arrive this week. We look forward to resolving this issue soon and will keep you posted on any changes.

Exercise and Kiddie Pool Deck Refresh
Monday, January 16–Friday, January 27
The pool deck refresh continues, and the Exercise pool, Kiddie Pool, and the boys’ and girls’ cabanas will be closed.

Members will be able to access the pool deck from the Men’s and Women’s Locker room and main pool entry doors. The Aqua classes will be relocated to the Lap pool or Adult Pool during this time. For more information, check out the most up to date class schedule on Bay Club Connect.

Day Locker Update
Monday, January 16
Day lockers are provided by the Club for daily temporary storage only. These lockers are emptied nightly, and the club is not responsible for items left in them. Please note that members may be charged up to $75 to replace the lock if they misplace their key.

Private lockers, including executive lockers, are available for a monthly fee. In addition, we are continuing to monitor the number of lockers that are available for your convenience and have found that during our peak hours, we are averaging 60–100 available lockers.

Last week we replaced 20 locker keys and currently have a total of 200 lockers available for use specifically in the Men’s Locker Room. We kindly ask that if you do have a locker key in your possession, please return it to the Front Desk for others to utilize during their stay.

Group Fitness Studios and Café Floor Resurfacing
Starts Monday, January 30
We will be resurfacing Group Fitness Studios 2, as well as the café, starting the week of January 30. During this time, we will be relocating classes to other areas of the facility. Please be on the lookout for more information.
