Your Weekly Pleasanton Update: November 8, 2021

Dear Member,

There’s another awesome week at the Club in store for you. Thanksgiving-themed events are already popping up on the calendar. Join in and get healthy for the holidays. Thanks to you for being part of our community—we love seeing all of you around.

Special Training Offer
If you’re new to personal training, we invite you to book a complimentary session* with one of our expert trainers to complete an assessment, review your goals, and create a fitness plan. And best of all, it’s on us! But hurry, you only have until November 30 to take advantage of this offer. Ready to get started? Simply click here to get in touch with our fitness team.

*Offer ends November 30, 2021; valid for new training clients only. Valid for current members only. Not all options are available at all clubs and some restrictions may apply.

Latest Mask Mandate
As a reminder, the indoor mask mandate in Alameda County has been lifted—provided that all members show proof of vaccination. What does this mean? We will ask for a one-time verification of vaccination at check-in for all members ages 12 and over. Guests will be asked to provide proof of vaccination at each visit. After that, mask use will be optional for members at our indoor locations in Pleasanton and Fremont. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!

Tennis Court Etiquette

  • As a courtesy, players are expected to be ready to exit the court at the end of their court time, regardless of their match play status or score. Incoming players should wait until the completion of a point to enter a court, and not before the exact beginning of their court time.
  • Please cancel a court reservation at least 5 hours in advance.
  • When making court reservations, members must provide the name(s) of all playing partners. The names of playing partners must be accurate. The person making the reservation assumes the responsibility for canceling the court and for all playing partners checking in at the time of play.

Club Etiquette

  • Please be courteous of towel use and help us conserve water by limiting the number of towels you use, and place used towels in the designated towel bins.
  • Please refrain from the use of cell phones in the sauna, steam room, and locker rooms at all times.
  • Please be courteous of other members and take all cell phone conversations into the lobby.

Bay Club Perks
Last month, we announced the debut of Bay Club Perks—rewards exclusively for our members. And here we go: with Italian-made luxury eyewear to electrify your winter. Now through November 30, take 30% off all online purchases at ELECTRIC.
