What’s Happening at the Club This Week?
Holiday Happiness Appreciation
Just like our Toys for Tots donation bins, we are overflowing with joy, gratitude, and appreciation for you! Thank you for sharing happiness with children in the community and all of us at Bay Club, this holiday season.
As our donation bins start to fill up, we will be making our first round of deliveries to Toys for Tots–where families can pick up your donated gifts to wrap and place under their Christmas tree for their child.
Not to worry! There’s still time to donate and delight a child in our community. We’re accepting donations now through December 20th.
3 Easy Ways to Donate
– Bring a brand-new, unopened, unwrapped toy of your choice to the Club and place it in the Toys for Tots box.
– Don’t know what toy to buy? Pick up one of our gift-idea tags at the Club and shop for the toy listed on the tag.
– Simply fill out this form with your donation amount. All monetary donations will be used to purchase a brand-new toy that will be donated to Toys for Tots.
All monetary donations will be used to purchase a toy to be donated to Toys for Tots. Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charity. Donations are tax deductible. For toy purchases under $250 your store receipt is acceptable for IRS donation. For cash donations, Bay Club will email a receipt for your donation by December 31, 2022.

Monday–Thursday | 4:00 pm–6:00 pm
This clinic is intended for youth athletes or kids that are looking at getting into training. During this class, kids will learn fundamental movement patterns while also working on speed and agility to help them excel in their given sport and their daily life. Sign up on Bay Club Connect.

Join us for a one-hour session led by our Bay Club Aquatics staff. We provide a fun and safe environment in our heated lap pool for your child to enhance their swim skills and participate in friendly competition with their peers. Must complete an evaluation with coach before first practice.

Adult Holiday Celebration

Holiday season is upon us, and we are celebrating. We have many holiday parties planned in December and we would love for you, our members, to join us.
Please join us at our après-ski themed adult holiday party at Bay Club Walnut Creek on Saturday, December 17, from 6:00 pm–9:00 pm. We can’t wait for you to experience the Bay Club Lodge where we can toast to the holiday with good friends and family!
We encourage you to dress in your cozy sweaters, snow boots, parkas, and cute knit hats. Enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to kick off the festivities! Plus, if you love music and dancing, be ready for a great performance by Mercy & The Heartbeats.

Basketball Gym Closure
The Basketball Gym will be reserved Friday, December 16, reopening mid-afternoon on Sunday, December 18 for our Family Holiday celebration. We look forward to celebrating the holidays with our members!
Men’s and Women’s Steam Room Update
Both steam rooms are now available! Thank you for your patience.
Exercise and Kiddie Pool Deck Refresh
Starting Monday, December 19
The refresh will begin on Monday, December 19. The main pool entrance and the boys and girls cabanas will be closed during this time. Members will be able to access the pool deck from the men’s and women’s Locker Room. Be on the lookout for more information regarding scheduling of the Aqua Classes and class relocation.
Friendly Reminder | Day Lockers
Day lockers are provided by the Club for daily temporary storage only. These lockers are emptied nightly, and the club is not responsible for items left in them. Please note that members may be charged up to $75 to replace the lock if they misplace their key. Private lockers, including executive lockers, are available for a monthly fee. In addition, we have ordered replacement keys for both the men’s and women’s locker rooms. These will be installed as soon as possible.
