The Quad Portland: August 18, 2025
Dear Member,
So many new members to welcome to the Club and our newsletter—happy you’re here!
![]() |
Many of us are back to school, many of us are close, and many just know the traffic patterns are about to change again. Either way, it’s a great time to start thinking about your post-summer routine. As with all things these days, there is so much (too much!) information out there on what you should do. And as you know, we just like to keep it simple. Here’s an easy morning routine to help get your day started right…
Simple Morning Ritual – 30 Minutes Total
- Hydrate: Upon waking, drink a warm glass of water. (Bonus: squeeze in some lemon if you have it.)
- Silence: Take 10–15 minutes of quiet. Just be. No phones, no computers. (Bonus: do it outside—nature + sun.)
- Nourish: Feed your glow. How about juicing? My favorite mix: orange, apple, carrot, ginger. (Bonus: add a scoop of creatine.)
- Not a juice fan? Bone broth is my go-to as we transition into fall. I’m a big fan of Kroma 24k Beef—high protein, lower sodium.
- Now you can grab your device and get inundated with all the things you should, could, would do.
Share It (Now)
On the topic of new routines… are you a parent who just sent your kiddo off to college? I know that comes with mixed emotions. Now that you’ve got a spot—or two—open, who’s joining your roster? A workout buddy? A pickleball partner? Your best friend who keeps “meaning” to join? Shared Membership isn’t going away, but the chance to add a 7th or 8th member ends this month.
More Summer Left?
Check out our single-day kids’ camp options. It lets you get back-to-school ready while they enjoy the final days of summer.
