It’s November! We have officially entered the holiday season, and we can’t wait to welcome many new and returning members to our clubs in the months ahead. Taco Tuesday & Family Fun Fridays in the Restaurant

Time to ELEVATE your health! This signature 8-week program features 32 workouts, weekly one-on-one nutrition consultations, and regular progress check-ins. New Group Fitness Class
Hip Hop HIITs™ is an easy-to-follow format combining dance cardio with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 am. A jammin’ total body workout set to hip hop music! This class will safely lead you through dance, strength, toning, conditioning, agility, and stability exercises with music. Designed for all fitness levels, the simplicity of the movements allows first-timers to catch on quickly, yet challenges the more athletic person.
Looking for constructive after-school activities for your kids? The Bay Club proudly introduces After-School Clinics designed to help children grow, engage with others, and build new skills. From dance to crafts to basketball and our rock climbing wall, there’s an activity for every child. Clinics continue throughout the school year and vary by location. Featured Clinic: Adventures in Mind & Body
Designed for ages 5-12 years old, this clinic offers a little bit of everything! From crafts and STEM activities to rock climbing and basketball, your child will have fun all afternoon long! Weekdays from 3:30 pm-5:30 pm.
Kids World: Expanded Hours
Please note our new Kids World hours: Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-1:00 pm and 3:30 pm-7:30 pm, and Saturday-Sunday from 8:30 am-1:00 pm. As a friendly reminder, we ask that you make a reservation prior to bringing your child to Kids World to ensure that we have adequate staffing and supplies for arts & craft activities. Thank you!
Executive Locker Rentals
Ever envisioned having your own personal, private locker at the Bay Club? A locker exclusively for your use only? Where you can stash your gear without toting it to and from home all the time? Well, now you can have one! We have Executive Lockers available on a month-to-month basis. Rates range from $35-$65 per month, based on availability and amenities included. A few friendly reminders to help everyone be courteous of other members.
- No cell phone or electronic device use of any kind is allowed in the locker rooms.
- No cell phone conversations on the fitness floor.
- Do not store valuable items in lockers. Bay Club is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Limit usage to two towels per visit to help conserve water and energy.
- Place used towels in the designated bins and throw away all garbage.
- Remember to remove your items from day lockers.
