What’s Happening at the Club This Week?
Holiday Happiness Toy Drive
Join us in supporting Toys for Tots now through December 20th.
3 Easy Ways to Donate
– Bring a brand-new, unopened, unwrapped toy of your choice to the Club and place it in the Toys for Tots box.
– Don’t know what toy to buy? Pick up one of our gift-idea tags at the Club and shop for the toy listed on the tag.
– Simply fill out this form with your donation amount. All monetary donations will be used to purchase a brand-new toy that will be donated to Toys for Tots.
About Toys for Tots
This holiday season marks the 75th anniversary of the Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program! For over seven decades, the program has delivered hope and the magic of Christmas to over 281 million children.
Our goal this year is to help Toys for Tots in their mission by delivering 6,500 toys across our Bay Club communities.
Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charity. Donations are tax deductible. For toy purchases under $250 your store receipt is acceptable for IRS donation. For cash donations, Bay Club will email a receipt for your donation by December 31, 2022.
12 Days of Fitmas
Now to December 24
Grab a Club Passport from the Front Desk to participate in 12 Days of Fitmas! Complete 12 or more classes and enter your card in to win some fun prizes. Complete the whole card for an additional entry!
World Cup Viewing
Join us at the Restaurant where we will be watching the World Cup. Lunch service and our Game Night menu will be available from 11:00 am–2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Craft Wednesday | Gingerbread Homes
Wednesday, December 7 | 6:00 pm–8:00 pm
Join us in the Restaurant for a family night, decorating gingerbread houses. Sign up at the Front Desk. Guests are welcome. $30 per kit.
Thursday Night in the Restaurant
Thursday, December 8 | 5:00 pm–8:00 pm
– Game Night Trivia: Test your knowledge for a chance to win prizes! First round of Trivia starts at 5:30 pm in the Restaurant.
– Football Thursdays: Join us in the Restaurant where we’ll be watching the Raiders vs. Rams game. Be sure to check out our special Game Night menu while you’re there.
Family Fun Friday | Jingle Jangle
Friday, December 9 | 5:00 pm–8:00 pm
Spend your Friday night with us in the Restaurant as we serve a delicious Dinner Buffet and enjoy a family-friendly movie, Jingle Jangle. Movie starts at 5:30 pm. Our regular menu items will also be available. $10 for Kids Buffet.
What’s Happening This Weekend
Join our Holiday Celebrations at Bay Club Portland!
Holiday season is upon us, and we are celebrating. We have many holiday parties planned in December and we would love for you, our members, to join us.
Please join us for a fun and festive kids holiday event at Bay Club Portland on Saturday, December 10, from 1:00 pm–3:00 pm! Your kids (and you) will enjoy bounce houses, games, activities and more. Plus, enjoy a cup of hot cocoa and other holiday treats. Sign up here.

Join us later at the club for our après-ski themed adult holiday party at Bay Club Portland on Saturday, December 10, from 6:00 pm–9:00 pm. We can’t wait to toast to the holiday with good friends and family! We encourage you to dress in your cozy sweaters, for a relaxing and fun time.
Enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to kick off the festivities! Plus, if you love music and dancing, be ready for a great performance by Rockit Radio.
Lite bites and non-alcoholic beverages will be served. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. This is a 21 age and over Member only event. Space is limited. Sign up here.

Facilities and Operations Update
Basketball Courts Temporarily Unavailable
Saturday, December 10 | 10:00 am–5:00 pm
All four basketball courts will be unavailable for our Kids Holiday Celebration.
Rock Gym Temporarily Unavailable
Saturday, December 10 | All Day
The Rock Gym will be unavailable on Saturday, December 10 for our Adults Holiday Celebration. Operations would resume as normal on Sunday.
AirFIT | Continued Maintenance
The AirFIT room will continue to be closed due to maintenance. The filters and tubing have been changed, the compressor serviced, and moisture has been eliminated in the system. We will provide updates as we progress. We appreciate your patience during this project.
New Stages Bikes
We are expecting 53 new Stages Bikes early this month. Be on the lookout for more announcements to come!
