What’s Happening at the Club This Week?
Thanksgiving Day Hours
Bay Club Carmel Valley:
– Club Hours: 7:00 am-2:00 pm
– Childcare Hours: 8:30 am-1:00 pm
Fairbanks Ranch Country Club: 7:00 am-6:00 pm
Bay Club Carmel Valley will have a modified group exercise class schedule on Thanksgiving Day, so please be sure to check Bay Club Connect to see updated class offerings!
Fairbanks Ranch Country Club | Thanksgiving Feast
November 24 | Seating from 11:00 am-2:00 pm
Join us for a traditional Thanksgiving Day meal featuring homemade classics and decadent desserts. Give thanks for family and friends and allow us to do the cooking & cleaning!
Price: Adults-$75++, children 5-12 years- $35++, children under 5 are complimentary. To reserve your spot, email Jessica Cardenas at Jessica.Cardenas@bayclubs.com.
Fairbanks Ranch Country Club | Black Friday Brunch
Friday, November 25 | 9:00 am-1:00 pm
Whether you want to relax after a morning of shopping ‘til you drop or just want a great brunch, the Grille has the perfect event for you: Black Friday Brunch! After (or between) your shopping excursions, join us for delicious offerings from our brunch buffet and refreshing signature cocktails from our bar. Keep the fun going with Bottomless Mimosas!

Bay Club Carmel Valley | Pickleball Crosstown Rivals
Saturday, November 26 | 4:00 pm-6:00 pm
Join us in a pickleball battle of the Clubs! It’s Bay Club Carmel Valley Team vs. the Fairbanks Ranch Country Club team. RSVP on TopDog. Open to all members. Cost: $30/player.
Fairbanks Ranch Country Club | 2K Turkey Trot at the Golf Course
Saturday, November 26 | 8:00 am-9:00 am
Join Alberto for a fun run on the beautiful Fairbanks Ranch Golf Course. Enjoy the great outdoors with scenic 2K jaunt and if you’d like to turn it into a biathlon, stay for his 9:00 am cycle class on the pool deck!

Facilities and Operations Updates
Bay Club Carmel Valley | Pool Closure
Please be advised that the Adult Pool and Spa at Bay Club Carmel Valley will be closed for replastering beginning Sunday, November 27 at 5:00 pm through Monday, December 19th, and reopening Tuesday, December 20th.
The family pool and spa will remain open for use during this time, as will the pool at Fairbanks Ranch. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this project.
Guest Passes and Golf Rounds
Now is the time to bring your friends to the club! This is your friendly reminder that any unused guest passes, and golf rounds will expire at the end of the year.
New Check-in Process at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club Gate:
To protect you and your membership, all members are required to check in through the Bay Club Connect App and have a photo linked to their Bay Club Connect account. It’s easy! Follow the steps below.
Download the Bay Club Connect App from Apple App Store or Google Play
– Create an account- using your member ID
– Once your account is created, you will be able to add your photo
To add your photo, follow the steps below.
– Take a new photo or choose one from your photo library.
– If taking a new photo, position your face in the circle.
– Confirm photo for upload.
– Select the upload button.
