Get ready for one of the most entertaining races on the planet. Prepare your body for Spartan to compete with classes from rope pulls, Coit Tower hike, PIER 39 and back run, team hikes, and HIIT workouts. Workouts are inspired by the movie “300”. $300 per month.

Skillz & Drillz Basketball Camp with Coach Carlos
Tuesdays at 7:00 am & Thursdays at 5:00 pm
Up your hoop game from passing to shooting to footwork. This will get you to improve on the court!

Personal Training:
Get closer to finding your best self! Sessions include: sports performance, athletic conditioning, weight loss, strength, proper form and technique, one-on-one martial arts, boxing, kickboxing, and jiu-jitsu. Ask Kenny to book your free custom session.

Pilates is Re-emerging at the Club

Dial-in Your Nutrition with Coach Leticia
She’ll teach you about the value of macro and micronutrients in your daily diet. She can even give you a complimentary body scan assessment to begin tracking the progress of your fitness journey!

-BCSF Gym is reserved on Monday and Wednesday nights until March from 6:00 pm-10:00 pm for our winter basketball league.

Welcoming babies and toddlers, 4 months to 3 years of age, with one parent or guardian in the pool.

NEW Stroke School Class with Andrea
Thursdays | 6:00 pm-6:30 pm
Swimmers 7 to 14 years old will refine their skills and perfect the timing for their strokes. Perfect transition class for those going from swim school to swim team.

Private Events
Host an event at Bay Club Gateway or any of our clubs in the city. We are already taking bookings for Spring and Summer!

We have hosted wildly successful company pickleball and tennis events for Duetsche Bank, JP Morgan, and Bond Capital, as well as private birthday parties from 10-60 people.

Bay Club South San Francisco:

-We will be hosting pickleball tournaments on Saturday, February 18. Most courts will be blocked off during the tournament hours, and signage will be posted throughout the club with blocked hours. We want to show our appreciation to all of our swimmers and ask that you join us for our first pool party of the year. Free admission, no sign-ups required, all ages welcome. Host an Event at Bay Club
The beautiful and spacious event space is also available to book for any of life’s events throughout the year. Book our event space for your next birthday party, shower, or one of many life’s events and milestones, such graduations, and promotions.

We can also host corporate events for team buildings, like pickleball events or tennis clinics. We will gladly take on the task of planning and coordinating to make it an effortless and memorable experience as possible for you and your guests.

Etiquette Reminders:

Parking Garage Etiquette
Please remember to place your parking slip face up on your car’s dashboard displaying your member number while you are parked in the Bay Club Parking Garage. As a reminder, members and guests using the facilities are allowed to park in the garage up to 3 hours. Additionally, please be advised the Levi’s parking garage is open from 6:00 am-8:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Swim Team Families
Please remember that all children must be supervised in the locker rooms or while they are waiting for their lesson. No child of the opposite gender over 4 years old is allowed in the locker rooms. Please ask an associate at the front desk to show you the gender-neutral restroom located by the cardio machines.

Rooftop Etiquette
As we enter the Winter and Spring months, the roof may be closed due to weather. We ask that you please follow signage and do not go on the roof if it is closed. It is for the safety of all members.

Locker Room Etiquette
As a reminder, cell-phone use is absolutely prohibited in the locker rooms, including the sauna, steam room and hot tub. Please do your part to respect other members using the facilities.

Swimming Etiquette
It is required to rinse your body in the showers before entering the pools. Additionally, if there is a wait time for the pool you are limited to 30-minutes of swim time.

Bay Club Financial District:

Cell Phone Use
Cell phone use has an impact on the quality of the member experience and their privacy. Cell phone use is permitted only in the Main Lobby. Please refrain from conversing on speaker phone or FaceTime in public gathering spaces. Silent cell phone use only (no phone calls) is permitted on the fitness floor. Cell phone use is also not permitted in the locker rooms or the group exercise studios.

Fitness Floor Etiquette
The Club reserves the right to deny the use of the Fitness Center to anyone not willing or able to use fitness equipment properly and safely. Shirts and closed-toe shoes are always required. As a courtesy to others, please return mats and weights to their designated areas, place trash and towels in the appropriate receptacles, and limit your cardio workout to 30 minutes when others are waiting for a machine. Additionally, we ask that you allow others to “work in” when using strength training equipment.
