Dear Member,

Shaping Our Future

Welcome to 2025—we made it!

Many of us are getting back to work, getting the kids back to school, and, in general, just getting back to it. I’ll admit, the 5:00 am alarm was a bit jarring for me this morning. Welcome to The Quad, your Club newsletter that covers all things happening at the PRO Club, plus a little extra. Loving it? Not loving it? Hit reply and let us know.

I’m not going to hit you with New Year’s resolutions just yet—that can wait until next time. Instead, here’s a helpful reminder: social fitness is one of the biggest predictors of a happy life. What is social fitness, you ask? It’s about our social connections—our intentional efforts to spend time together. Fill your membership with the people you want to be around. Grab a coffee by the fire, join a group class, or book a court. Whatever it may be, do it together. And if you need some solo time to recharge, Recovery is the perfect quiet place to find balance.

Let’s do this!

Warmly,

Tracy L Cioffi
Chief Marketing Officer

Plus, a new EDGE functional training area with custom Bay Club turf and equipment is on the way. Please note that the stretch area will be temporarily unavailable during this time.
