First off, what’s the name all about? We were looking for a newsletter title that represents both our business and our community. We often say our business is made up of four key quadrants: fitness, sports, family, and hospitality. So, The Quad fit the bill from that standpoint.
But at the heart of our business—and our true superpower—is community. Think back to your high school or university days: where did people often gather? The quad. It was the place where people came together to work, hang out, and have fun.
We see ourselves as that gathering place, and we love being your spot to come together and simply be you.

Youth Football Performance Camp
August 25–29 | 3:00 pm–4:30 pm
Middle and high school athletes can build strength, agility, and speed for the upcoming season with guidance from former NCAA player Cole Sargent. $150 per week. Space is limited—email ColepSargent@gmail.com to enroll.
Golf Strength Training

Junior & Future Stars Tennis Camps
Monday–Thursday | 12:30 pm–3:30 pm & 3:30–5:00 pm

Member Spotlight: Pamela Katims Steele
We’re proud to feature longtime member Pamela Katims Steele—an enthusiastic part of our community and a fixture on our tennis and pickleball courts for 18 years. A Ph.D. and educational psychologist, Pamela is also a published author whose new book offers hope and renewal to those navigating life’s most challenging seasons.
