Sometimes accountability is the secret to consistency. Our small group training sessions offer the motivation of a coach and the camaraderie of teammates—all while helping you hit your goals faster than going it alone.

Routines aren’t just for grown-ups. Teen Socials and Kids Night Out give young members their own space to connect, play, and recharge, while parents enjoy a little time to themselves (hello, Paint & Pinot date night).

Barracuda Swim Team
Wednesdays, Now–June | 5:05 pm–5:55 pm
Build stroke technique and endurance in this relaxed, non-competitive junior prep program for ages 6–12. Swimmers develop all 4 strokes through drills and coach feedback in a fun, low-pressure environment. Click here to sign up.

Sound Bath with Sabrina
Friday, September 12 | 7:00 pm–8:00 pm
Experience the soothing power of healing sounds in a restorative session designed for stress relief, relaxation, and renewal. Open to teens and adults of all levels. $35 per person. Register now on Connect.

Kids Night Out
Friday, September 19 | 5:30 pm–9:00 pm
Drop off the kiddos for a fun-filled evening of games, swimming, themed activities, and a movie. Plus, a pizza dinner is included! Open to ages 5–12, $45 per child.

Mixed Doubles Tennis Social
Friday, September 19 | 6:30 pm–11:00 pm
Enjoy a casual evening of mixed doubles with friendly competition and a chance to connect with fellow members. No partner needed—just bring your racquet. Open to adults of all skill levels. $6 per person. Register at the Tennis Center Front Desk.
