What’s Happening at the Club This Week?
Fitness, Sports and Tennis Policy Reminder:
The Bay Club goes through great efforts to give our members a safe and enjoyable exercise experience. To accomplish this, our tennis and athletic instructors, and trainers are interviewed and extensively vetted regarding their experience, expertise, and background to allow our members to choose from a topflight instructional staff.
To maintain such standards, the Bay Club’s Membership Guidelines restrict “Formal, personal, or group instruction with regard to fitness and sports training, including tennis, by any individuals other than authorized Bay Club staff.”
We ask that all members be respectful of this policy. Violations of the policy could affect the memberships of both those offering and receiving unauthorized instruction, including the suspension or termination of memberships.

What’s Happening This Weekend?
Kids Movie Night
Saturday, February 4 | 5:00 pm-8:00 pm
In preparation for the highly anticipated animated sequel, “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse”, we will be showing the first Spider-Man movie in the series, “Into the Spider-Verse”. Kids ages 4-12 are encouraged to wear their favorite Spider-Man attire, and popcorn and dinner will be served for all web-slingers in attendance. Sign up on Bay Club Connect.

PICKLEBALL: Friday, February 10 | 5:00 pm-7:30 pm

We have Tennis AND Pickleball Round Robins for couples and friends to celebrate Valentine’s Day this month! Grab a partner, and join either or both events! $60/team. Cost includes: on court drinks, music, and prizes for winners! Register on TopDog.
Kids Magic Night

Kids Big Game Party*

The big game is here and will be showing for all adults in our restaurant and bar area at MCC, so drop off your kids before the big game and enjoy the festivities stress-free. Games, crafts, fun football activities will be ready for all kids, including snacks and lunch for those who come to the party! For ages 2-12. $50+
Sweethearts BINGO

Sweethearts Wine Dinner – Caymus*

Ski-Week Camp
February 20-24 | 9:00 am-4:00 pm
Ski-Week vacation is here–are you prepared for more camp adventure at MCC? More winter-inspired fun is in store for all campers, including tons of games, crafts, outdoor adventures, and more! Our camps fill up very quickly, so reserve your spot today!
Half-day options are available for campers ages 2-5.

Facilities, Personnel, and Operations Update
Aquatics | 2023 Junior Guard Preparation
Tuesdays 7:30 pm-8:30 pm | Fridays 5:30 pm-6:30 pm | Sat & Sun 11:00 am-12:00 pm
In our Junior Guard Prep Class, we will prepare your swimmer for the test and the ocean! Classes will focus entirely on the technique, endurance, and speed of freestyle to achieve the fastest possible, 100-yard freestyle time for the upcoming Junior Guard Test! Ages 9+.

Host a Pickleball Party with Us
Do you love Pickleball and want to get all of your friends and family together for a party? Let us plan all the details for you! We have packages, including advanced court reservations, food, beverages, and even prizes! To gather more information on rates and availability, contact our Events Manager, Rosie Vargas at Rosie.Vargas@bayclubs.com.
Club Reminders:
-To avoid court booking issues and unregistered guest fees, we please ask all members accurately list all players in the app by the time of booking. It is easy to update reservations in the app by going to “Bookings”, selecting reservations, and clicking “change” next to the player name.
-Due to low availability, guests may not park inside parking lot. They are able to park outside on the street or in west lot.
-Boys ages 6+ are prohibited in the women’s locker room and girls ages 6+ are prohibited in the men’s locker room. We ask that all members be respectful of this policy, as it is courteous to all members.
-We are working through a larger plumbing issue at the Club and are working to resolve it. Thank you for your patience.
