BTS Snacking – Monster Protein Balls are the perfect “anytime” snack for kids of all ages (including the young at heart). Here is a link to a great recipe.
Healthy tip: Instead of M&M’s, we suggest Unreal Gems, which are available on Thrive Market or Amazon. Looks just like the real thing but without all the artificial ick.
Healthy Connections – Every time we talk to a parent, especially at BTS, the phone conversation seems to arise. They want them for their kids, but are they safe? We all know the answer to that…
A great solution is the Gabb phone! Gabb was created by a dad with 4 kids who was fed-up with parents feeling helpless! The Gabb Phone Plus looks like a regular phone but has no access to the internet or social media.
What can it do? Everything you want your kids to do…they can make calls, they can text, they can listen to music. And there is an awesome GPS feature, so you always know where they are. My 6th grader just got his and we BOTH love it. The Gabb Phone Plus is often sold out if buying directly from their site, but you can buy it from Amazon (and set-up is very easy). Check it out.
