The Quad Manhattan Country Club: September 8, 2025

Dear Member,

Welcome to the community—and to The Quad! Here’s your biweekly member newsletter.

Research tells us that the biggest predictor of long-term fitness success isn’t intensity—it’s consistency. And as we head into fall, I know my own household is settling into new routines with school drop-offs, soccer practices, and trying to squeeze in my early morning workouts before the day takes off.

That’s why now is the perfect time to commit to the classes and events that keep you showing up week after week.

Try Something New
Maybe it’s a challenging bootcamp that pushes you past your comfort zone or a unique fitness class that leaves you energized for the day ahead. Exploring new workouts is a great way to keep your body guessing—and your routine exciting.

Pick Up a Paddle
If you’ve been pickleball-curious, this is your season to dive in. Our leagues and clinics are designed for all levels, from total beginners to those ready for more competitive play. It’s movement, community, and fun all rolled into one.

Train Together
Sometimes accountability is the secret to consistency. Our small group training sessions offer the motivation of a coach and the camaraderie of teammates—all while helping you hit your goals faster than going it alone.

Built-In Fun for the Whole Family
Routines aren’t just for grown-ups. Teen Socials and Kids Night Out give young members their own space to connect, play, and recharge, while parents enjoy a little time to themselves (hello, Paint & Pinot date night).

Find Your Fall Rhythm
However you move or connect, there’s always something here to help keep your routine fresh, fun, and—most importantly—consistent.

In good health,

Shaping Our Future

Manhattan Country Club Renovation Update
We’re excited to share that we’ve reached another milestone in the improvement of our Fitness Center. With permit approvals now in place, work is underway in the center section of the indoor facility, and equipment is being relocated to the area near the locker rooms. We’ll work to minimize disruptions and provide updates and signage to help guide you around any temporary closures during this phase. We truly appreciate your patience as we enhance your experience and encourage you to contact the Club office with any questions.
