Thanksgiving Camp
November 21-November 25, 9:00 am-4:00 pm
Thanksgiving Camp is now open for registration! Camp will be filled Tennis, Dodgeball, and Thanksgiving inspired crafts. Ages 2-12. No camp on Thanksgiving Day. Register on Bay Club Connect.
Pickleball Holiday Weekly League Dates: November 28-December 23
Come join our weekly Pickleball league! Sign up on TopDog opens Monday, November 21. Weekly sign ups ($10/day), no commitment during holiday season.
Thankful Thursday | November 24
We are thankful for our members, visit us on Thanksgiving Day from 6:00 am-2:00 pm for a special surprise and delight.

New Member Social + Stock your Cellar Event

Host Your Holiday Parties with Us!
The holiday season is just around the corner, and dates are filling quickly at The Club! Only a few select dates are left. Whether you are planning an intimate party for family and friends or a large corporate gathering, The Club’s experienced catering team is dedicated to making your holidays sparkle. Pickleball Clinics
New Pickleball clinics are available on the Bay Club Connect app under Fitness Programming > Racquet Sports
These will be instructional with practice games to hone your skills, lead by our new instructor: Cade Erickson:
Intro to Pickleball: First Monday of Each Month (Complimentary)
Beginner Clinics: Mondays 10:00 an-11:30 am ($30/clinic)
Intermediate Clinics: Thursdays 2:00 pm-3:30 pm, starting November 3 ($30/clinic)

Facilities and Operations Updates
New Fitness Equipment Has Arrived
Come and check out our new Hydrow rowers and Echelon Spin Bikes in the fitness center. We hope these new additions become a part of your workout routine!
Pool Renovation
Our Pool and Pool Deck renovation has begun and is scheduled to be completed by Saturday, December 3. Please note that while we enhance the space, all of our pools will be unavailable through December 2. All swim lessons and swim team will still meet at other locations. Pool Bar Services
During our Pool Renovation time frame, we will be hosting all of our Pool Bar menu and drinks indoors at our restaurant upstairs. Come and enjoy all of your favorites Sunday-Monday 9:00 am-6:00 pm and Tuesday-Saturday from 9:00 am-5:00 pm. Dinner in the Terrace Restaurant will remain the same: Tuesday-Saturday from 5:00 pm-9:00 pm. We look forward to seeing you!
Member Check In
Members ages 14+ must check in at the Host Desk using Bay Club Connect. All members have a designated member ID and need to have their own Connect profile set up for check in and club reservations. To get assistance with setting up or logging into Bay Club Connect, please contact blanca.tamayo@bayclubs.com.
Guest Passes and Guest Check In
Friendly reminder that complimentary guest passes accrued January – September of this year will expire December 31, 2022. Your guest pass balance can be found on the homepage of your Bay Club Connect account.
Our guest pass policy allows the same guest to visit up to 12 times per calendar year. Please note, all guests must provide a valid photo ID and be registered via our Digital Guest Waiver at the Host Desk.
For guests that are minors, an adult member must authorize and sign our Digital Guest Waiver in person or remotely via our Digital Guest Waiver for minor guests that are authorized to use The Club with a member on your account.
Select “Member with Minor” – include your Name and Member ID as it appears on your Bay Club Connect homepage
Add the guest information including their date of birth.
