Many of us are getting back to work, getting the kids back to school, and, in general, just getting back to it. I’ll admit, the 5:00 am alarm was a bit jarring for me this morning. I’m not going to hit you with New Year’s resolutions just yet—that can wait until next time. Instead, here’s a helpful reminder: social fitness is one of the biggest predictors of a happy life. What is social fitness, you ask? It’s about our social connections—our intentional efforts to spend time together. Fill your membership with the people you want to be around. Grab a coffee by the fire, join a group class, or book a court. Whatever it may be, do it together. And if you need some solo time to recharge, Recovery is the perfect quiet place to find balance.

Bistro Closure & Extended Café Hours
The Bistro will be closing on January 7th as we explore new possibilities for the space. In the meantime, we are planning to extend Café hours to better serve our members. Stay tuned for updates as we work on exciting changes at the Club!

Group Swim Lessons
January 6–March 2

Youth and Adult Basketball Programs
Sign up for our 6-week Winter Group Lessons & Clinics, including Jr. Hoops for beginners and skill-focused clinics for intermediates. We also offer private lessons for all skill levels. For kids in grades 3-8, our Varsity Hoop Teams offer great practices and weekend competitions! Registration is open—email Pavilion@proclub.com for details or to sign up.
Pilates Reformer Classes – Now with Monthly Enrollment!
Redefine your body with consistent Pilates practice through our new monthly enrollment format. Each class is just $22.50 when you purchase a package, or you can drop in for $35 (when space is available). Infant Swimming Resource
January 13–February 21
Help your little one gain water skills and confidence with ISR swim instruction, designed for kids ages 6 months to 6+ years. These personalized one-on-one sessions run Monday through Friday, up to 10 minutes each, over a period of 6–8 weeks. Learn more and register here.
