The month of May is far from over, and there is still much more to come at the Club. Memorial Day is around the corner, which means barbecues and fun at the pool. And with swimming season coming up, make sure to enroll your family in some swimming lessons! Stop by and see what’s new—and don’t forget to enroll the kids in Bay Club summer camp before we’re full. Spots are filling up quickly, so enroll soon! We can’t wait to spend Memorial Day Weekend with you and your family to kick off another amazing summer at the Bay Club.

Thank you for celebrating with us at our Member Appreciation event past Saturday. We had a great time celebrating with our members and guests, reconnecting over great food and entertainment for all. We look forward to celebrating you at more events throughout the summer. See you soon!

Pickleball Courts Now Open
We’re excited to announce that the new Pickleball Courts at Bay Club Carmel Valley are now open for use! We hope you enjoy this new amenity, complete with new nets, windscreens, benches, and more. Thank you for being a member.

Men’s Basketball League
Interested in joining the Men’s Basketball League? The summer season begins in June on Tuesday nights, and consists of Regular Season games, with a single-elimination playoff format to follow. Cost: $130/season per member. Please email info.bccv@bayclubs.com to be added to the interest list.

Nerf Battle Night
Friday, May 27 | 4:00 pm-7:00 pm
You’ve been targeted to join the fun! Gather your friends and prepare for a battle! You don’t want to miss this event; we assure you it will be a blast! Prepare before you enter the battle zone with some target practice rounds. Nerf blasters, ammo, and dinner will be provided. A minimum of six kids is required to hold this event. Ages 5-12 years old. The cost is $25 per child on a Family Membership. Reservations are required on Bay Club Connect.

Memorial Day Camp
Monday, May 30 | 9:00 am-4:00 pm
We’re offering a single-day camp for Memorial Day for ages 5-12 to keep your kids moving and having fun. We will play age-appropriate games and sports and do crafts to keep your kids busy. Please be sure your child wears tennis shoes, sunscreen, and comfortable clothes. A snack will be provided, but please bring a backpack with a bagged lunch. Cost: $100 per child on a Family Membership. Book your spot on Bay Club Connect.

Got aches or pain? Sheena Nadeau the Pain-Free Fitness Pro can help you. With over 15 years of experience teaching pain-free movement, Sheena is a multidisciplinary fitness expert. Education includes multiple degrees in Sports Sciences, physical therapy training, Biomechanics Specialist, certifications in fitness training, Pilates, Golf Fitness (TPI), Yoga Tune Up, Roll Model Method, and creator of the Neutral Spine Method and the Vertebar Posture Guide. Sessions with Sheena may include:

Comprehensive Movement Assessment: full-body movement and flexibility assessment to determine areas to strengthen and lengthen
Mobility: soft tissue release, Theragun massage, and assisted stretching,
Strength: corrective exercises, core power, and neutral-spine fitness.
