The Quad San Diego Clubs: August 19, 2024

Dear Member,

Welcome to The Quad, your bi-monthlyClub newsletter that covers all things happening at the Bay Club, plus a little extra. Loving it? Not loving it? Hit reply and let us know.

As summer winds down, let’s take a moment to savor its final days as we begin transitioning into the new season (and school year!) ahead.

Summer Parties: That’s a Wrap
We’re wrapping up another incredible summer of Member Parties! This year was extra special, hosting over 20,000 members and guests across 6 campuses, including our newest clubs: Rolling Hills, Crow Canyon, and PRO Club. We also welcomed Local Kitchens to Redwood Shores. And, of course, celebrating our community was even sweeter with the return of fan-favorite, Drops of Dough. We hope you and your crew were able to make it out to at least one event! We’re already busy planning for next year—check out our video recap here!

This Month’s Perk
Have you tried AG1 yet? This month’s member perk includes a free AG1 Welcome Kit and 10 travel packs*—something I *always* keep in my bag. Just one scoop in cold water provides the boost you need. Since 2010, AG1 has combined the benefits of multiple supplements, like vitamins, probiotics, and whole-food nutrients, into a single, simple daily habit. And I have to say, it tastes pretty good, too! For those of us on the go, it’s the perfect healthy boost. (*Offer valid for new subscribers only.)

Supercharge Your Mornings
I’m always on the lookout for healthy yet easy breakfast ideas. This one was a big hit with all ages, and I think you’ll love it too.

A Great Read
Check out this great new article from Fortune Well. I was instantly hooked by the quote: “It’s time to consider exercise as medicine”. Definitely worth a read!

Wishing you a wonderful end to summer and a fantastic start to fall.
