The end of September is here, but it’s not too late to make it a September to remember. Come relax with an evening of fine dining or get together with your favorite people to check out the latest events at the Club. Take advantage of all the endless ways to revitalize your body and mind at the Club this month.

What’s Happening at the Club This Week?

Fairbanks Ranch Country Club | Member Appreciation Happy Hour
Thursday, September 29 | 4:00 pm-6:00 pm
Enjoy complimentary lite bites and live music at The Grill for our Member Appreciation Happy Hour. Our all-day menu will be available along with drink specials and our Thursday night pizza menu (à la carte pricing). No reservations are required.

Bay Club Carmel Valley | Kids’ Night Out: Laser Tag
Friday, September 30 | 4:00 pm-7:00 pm
Come and get your game on at the Bay Club! Join us for a custom laser tag course in the Youth Studio with bunkers and obstacles for some exciting missions. For kids ages 3-12. Cost: $25 per child. Register on Bay Club Connect under Kids Programming.

Fairbanks Ranch Country Club | Skill Level Pickleball Tournament
Saturday, October 1 | 8:30 am-8:00 pm
Get ready for our first-ever Skill Level Pickleball Tournament. Levels 3.0-4.5+ are welcome to join this round robin event. Players can sign up with a partner for mixed doubles and doubles play. Cost: $40 for members, $50 for non-members, $20 for a second event. For questions and to enter, emailDorcy.Norton@sbcglobal.net. Registration closes on Tuesday, September 27.

Operations Updates

Bay Club Carmel Valley | Women’s Steam Room Reopened
We’re happy to announce that the Women’s Steam Room is open and available for use. We thank you for your patience and we look forward to seeing you at the Club soon!

Fairbanks Ranch Country Club | New Check-in Process
For your protection, all members are required to check in through the Bay Club Connect App and have a photo linked to their Bay Club Connectaccount. Follow the steps below:

• Download the Bay Club ConnectApp from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Create an account using your member ID.
• Once your account is created, add your photo.
• To add your photo, follow the steps below.
  • Take a new photo or choose one from your photo library.
  • If taking a new photo, position your face in the circle.
  • Confirm the photo for upload.
  • Select the upload button.

Childcare Reminders
Childcare and Kidspace are now open for additional afternoon hours Monday-Wednesday from 3:30 pm–7:00 pm.

As we settle into our school year routine, we would like to remind you of some important items:

• Advanced reservations are required. We will only accommodate drop-ins if it is safe to do so.
• You can make reservations up to seven days in advance. Please limit reservations to ONE visit per day.
• Arrive promptly at your reservation time. Reservations will automatically be cancelled after 15 minutes of the start time and open to another member.
• If you do not need your reservation, please cancel it as soon as possible on Bay Club Connect. This will free up space for another family.
• No-shows or reservations canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $25 fee.
• Pick up your child(ren) promptly at the reservation end time. Use of our childcare services may be suspended for repeated violations.
