We made it to October, and we’ve got frightful delights and more in store for the whole family at the Club! From Halloween to football season and new fitness classes—get ready for seasonal fun all month long. Come dressed in your best costume, check out one of our spooktacular events, and enjoy the fall festivities.

Bay Club Carmel Valley |Kids’ Night Out: Sonic Dash
Friday, October 7 | 4:00 pm-7:00 pm
Bring your kids to the Club for an evening of exciting games, relay races, and crafts. Dress in your favorite Sonic attire and enjoy pizza, dessert, and more. Cost: $25 per child for members. For kids ages 2-12. Register on Bay Club Connect under Kids Programming.

Bay Club Carmel Valley | Full Moon Reiki Restorative Class
Friday, October 7 | 6:00 pm-7:30 pm
Join Kika (Reiki Master Healer) on the Great Lawn for this restorative healing session while receiving Reiki healing energy. All skill levels are welcome. Sign up on Bay Club Connect.

Operations Updates

Fairbanks Ranch Country Club | New Check-in Process
For your protection, all members are required to check in through the Bay Club Connect App and have a photo linked to their Bay Club Connect account. Follow the steps below:

• Download the Bay Club Connect App from the Apple App Storeor Google Play.
• Create an account using your member ID.
• Once your account is created, add your photo.
  • To add your photo, follow the steps below.
  • Take a new photo or choose one from your photo library.
  • If taking a new photo, position your face in the circle.
  • Confirm the photo for upload.
  • Select the upload button.

Childcare Reminders
Childcare and Kidspace are now open for additional afternoon hours Monday-Wednesday from 3:30 pm–7:00 pm.

As we settle into our school year routine, we would like to remind you of some important items:

• Advanced reservations are required. We will only accommodate drop-ins if it is safe to do so.
• You can make reservations up to seven days in advance. Please limit reservations to ONE visit per day.
• Arrive promptly at your reservation time. Reservations will automatically be cancelled after 15 minutes of the start time and open to another member.
• If you do not need your reservation, please cancel it as soon as possible on Bay Club Connect. This will free up space for another family.
• No-shows or reservations canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $25 fee.
• Pick up your child(ren) promptly at the reservation end time. Use of our childcare services may be suspended for repeated violations.
