So begins the Christmas countdown! With the holiday fast approaching, we’re so excited to celebrate with you all the festive fun we have planned for the upcoming weeks. Join us for special classes, family events, and holiday parties through the month of December.

What’s Happening at the Club This Week?

Kid’s Night Out: Grinchmas Party | Bay Club Carmel Valley
Friday, December 2 | 4:00 pm–7:00 pm | Children Ages 2–12
What better way to start the holiday season than to get cozy and comfy! Bundle up in your pajamas and join us for some holiday fun with games and crafts. To wrap up the night, we’ll enjoy a pizza dinner and hot cocoa as we lounge to watch Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch movie.
$25 per child on family membership.

Fairbanks Ranch Country Club | Breakfast with Santa

Tis’ The Season! Join us in celebrating the season with a Holiday Breakfast Buffet! Festivities will include cookie decorating, crafts, face painter, and photos with Santa! Space is limited. Reservations required. To RSVP, email Michelle Larson at Michelle.Larson@bayclubs.com.

*Customary service charge and sales tax will be added. Cancellations not received 48-hours in advance to event date will be charged full price per person.

 Facilities and Operations Updates

Bay Club Carmel Valley | Pool Closure
The Adult Pool and Spa at Bay Club Carmel Valley will be closed for replastering, beginning Sunday, November 27 at 5:00 pm through Friday, December 20. The Family Pool and Spa will remain open for use during this time, as will the Pool at Fairbanks Ranch. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this project.

Guest Passes and Golf Rounds
Now is the time to bring your family and friends to the Club! This is your friendly reminder that any unused guest passes, and golf rounds will expire at the end of the year.

New Check-in Process at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club Gate

To protect you and your membership, all members are required to check in through the Bay Club Connect App and have a photo linked to their Bay Club Connect account. It’s easy! Follow the steps below.

1. Download the Bay Club Connect App from Apple App Storeor Google Play
   2. Create an account-using your member ID
   3. Once your account is created, you will be able to add your photo
   4. To add your photo, follow the steps below.
   – Take a new photo or choose one from your photo library.
   – If taking a new photo, position your face in the circle.
   – Confirm photo for upload
   – Select the upload button.

Holiday Happiness Toy Drive

Join us in supporting Toys for Tots now through December 20th. For other fun and easy ways to bring happiness to a child in our community this season, keep reading!

3 Easy Ways to Donate

–  Bring a brand-new, unopened, unwrapped toy of your choice to the club and place it in the Toys for Tots box.

–  Don’t know what toy to buy? Pick up one of our gift-idea tags at the Club and shop for the toy listed on the tag.

–  Simply fill out this form with your donation amount. All monetary donations will be used to purchase a brand-new toy that will be donated to Toys for Tots.

About Toys for Tots
The 2022 holiday season marks the 75th anniversary of the Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program! For over seven decades, the program has delivered hope and the magic of Christmas to over 281 million children.

Our goal this year is to help Toys for Tots in their mission by delivering 6,500 toys across our Bay Club communities.

Ways to Get Involved
– Sign up to help us shop for toys at a local toy store
(see Front Desk for sign up).
– Join us for our Holiday Celebration.

Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charity. Donations are tax deductible. For toy purchases under $250 your store receipt is acceptable for IRS donation. For cash donations Bay Club will email a receipt for your donation by December 31,2022.
