What’s Happening at the Club This Week?

Holiday Happiness Appreciation

Just like our Toys for Tots donation bins, we are overflowing with joy, gratitude, and appreciation for you! Thank you for sharing happiness with children in the community and all of us at Bay Club, this holiday season.

As our donation bins start to fill up, we will be making our first round of deliveries to Toys for Tots–where families can pick up your donated gifts to wrap and place under their Christmas tree for their child.

Not to worry! There’s still time to donate and delight a child in our community. We’re accepting donations now through December 20th.

3 Easy Ways to Donate
– Bring a brand-new, unopened, unwrapped toy of your choice to the Club and place it in the Toys for Tots box.

– Don’t know what toy to buy? Pick up one of our gift-idea tags at the Club and shop for the toy listed on the tag.

– Simply fill out this form with your donation amount. All monetary donations will be used to purchase a brand-new toy that will be donated to Toys for Tots.

All monetary donations will be used to purchase a toy to be donated to Toys for Tots. Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charity. Donations are tax deductible. For toy purchases under $250 your store receipt is acceptable for IRS donation. For cash donations, Bay Club will email a receipt for your donation by December 31, 2022.

Join our Kids Holiday Celebration at Carmel Valley!
Holiday season is upon us, and we are celebrating. We have many holiday parties planned in December and we would love for you, our members, to join us. Please join us for a fun and festive kids holiday event at Bay Club Carmel Valley on Saturday, December 17, from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm! Your kids (and you) will enjoy bounce houses, holiday crafts, games, activities and more. Plus, enjoy a cup of hot cocoa and other holiday treats.

Facilities, Operations and Personnel Updates

Guest Passes and Golf Rounds Policies
Now is the time to bring your friends to the club! With guest passes and golf rounds expiring at the end of this month, here are a few friendly reminders:

Your guests are always welcome to the Club; however, each guest is limited to up to two visits per month regardless of which member they are a guest of. Guest passes are available in your Bay Club Connect account.

Please allow a few extra minutes when checking into the Club so that your guest may fill out a waiver and provide a photo ID to our Front Desk team. Your guest must have their ID to utilize the Club.

Locker Rentals
Are you tired of lugging your personal belongings back and forth between your home and the Club? You’re in luck. We have lockers available to rent on a month-to-month basis. Please email Molly Knowles at Molly.Knowles@bayclubs.com to get started.

Bay Club Carmel Valley | Pool Closure
Please be advised that the Adult Pool and Spa at Bay Club Carmel Valley will be closed for replastering until Tuesday, December 20. The Family Pool and Spa will remain open for use during this time, as will the pool at Fairbanks Ranch. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this project.
