Thankful for you, our community.
Whether you’re new to the Bay Club family or have been here since Day 1, we appreciate you. Watch our 2024 Year in Review video to see it all come to life. Fun fact: one of you has checked in 772 times so far this year—and no, it wasn’t me. Who’s going to top that next year?
Thankful for our associates, our heart & soul.
Did you know our average full-time associate has been with us for close to nine years? The number one reason they stay? Creating magic for our members. Another reason? Many of them have ownership in the business, which empowers them to think and act like owners. Our goal is 100% ownership for all full-time associates in the coming years.
Thankful for advances in health & wellness.
More people are getting active and finding personal connection through wellness activities. According to ChatGPT (ha!), 60% of people made at least one new friend through fitness classes or workout groups.
And we’ve never had more tools available to take control of our own health. While the options can sometimes feel overwhelming, my goal is to help demystify them. I can’t wait to share our January Perks and help you get on the road to the best version of yourself.
