Holiday Happiness Toy Drive

Join us in supporting Toys for Tots now through December 20th.

3 Easy Ways to Donate
– Bring a brand-new, unopened, unwrapped toy of your choice to the Club and place it in the Toys for Tots box.

– Don’t know what toy to buy? Pick up one of our gift-idea tags at the Club and shop for the toy listed on the tag.

– Simply fill out this form with your donation amount. All monetary donations will be used to purchase a brand-new toy that will be donated to Toys for Tots.

About Toys for Tots
This holiday season marks the 75th anniversary of the Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program! For over seven decades, the program has delivered hope and the magic of Christmas to over 281 million children.

Our goal this year is to help Toys for Tots in their mission by delivering 6,500 toys across our Bay Club communities.

Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charity. Donations are tax deductible. For toy purchases under $250 your store receipt is acceptable for IRS donation. For cash donations, Bay Club will email a receipt for your donation by December 31, 2022.

Pop-Up Chop House Dinner
Every Friday | 5:00 pm–7:30 pm | The Grill at Fairbanks Ranch
Join us for our pop-up Chop House Dinner in the Grill at Fairbanks Ranch every Friday evening. Reservations are encouraged, but not required. To RSVP, email Rob Abbott at Rob.Abbott@bayclubs.com.

What’s Happening This Weekend

Toy Drive Junior & Adult UTR Tennis Mixer
Saturday, December 10 | 12:30 pm–2:30 pm & 2:30 pm–4:30 pm
Junior and adult players will be matched as partners to play against similar level opponents. Juniors may play with their parent. Entry fee: One new, unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots. Sign up here.

Bay Club Carmel Valley | Holiday Dance Class & Showcase with Potluck
Sunday, December 11 | 10:30 am–12:00 pm
Join Imelda and her dance team for a festive holiday dance party, followed by a Christmas dance performance and then a potluck lunch in the Bay Café. Bring a dish to share! Sign up on Bay Club Connect.

Fairbanks Ranch Country Club | Sunday Brunch
Sunday, December 11 and December 18 | 10:00 am–1:00 pm
Join us for all your Sunday brunch favorites in the Grill at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club. Pricing al la carte.

Join our Kids Holiday Celebration at Carmel Valley!
Holiday season is upon us, and we are celebrating. We have many holiday parties planned in December and we would love for you, our members, to join us.

Please join us for a fun and festive kids holiday event at Bay Club Carmel Valley on Saturday, December 17, from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm! Your kids (and you) will enjoy bounce houses, holiday crafts, games, activities and more. Plus, enjoy a cup of hot cocoa and other holiday treats.

Join our Holiday Celebration at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club!
Holiday season is upon us, and we are celebrating. We have many holiday parties planned in December and we would love for you, our members, to join us.

Please join us at the club for our après-ski themed adult holiday party at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club on Saturday, December 17, from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm. We can’t wait for you to experience the Bay Club Lodge where we can toast to the holiday with good friends and family!

We encourage you to dress in your cozy sweaters, snow boots, parkas, and cute knit hats. Enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to kick off the festivities! Plus, if you love music and dancing, be ready for a great performance by a live band.

Lite bites and non-alcoholic beverages will be served. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. This is a 21 age and over Member only event. Space is limited. Sign up here.

Facilities, Personal and Operation Updates

Bay Club Carmel Valley | Pool Closure
– Please be advised that the Adult Pool and Spa at Bay Club Carmel Valley will continue to be closed for replastering through Tuesday, December 20th.
– The Family Pool and Spa will remain open for use during this time, as will the pool at Fairbanks Ranch.
– We appreciate your patience and understanding during this project.

Guest Passes and Golf Rounds
This is your friendly reminder that any unused guest passes, and golf rounds will expire at the end of the year.

Fairbanks Ranch Country Club | New Check-In Process at Gate
To protect you and your membership, all members are required to check in through the Bay Club Connect App and have a photo linked to their Bay Club Connect account. It’s easy! Follow the steps below.

1. Download the Bay Club ConnectApp from Apple App Store or Google Play.
   2. Create an account-using your member ID.
   3. Once your account is created, you will be able to add your photo.
   4. To add your photo, follow the steps below.
   –  Take a new photo or choose one from your photo library.
   –  If taking a new photo, position your face in the circle.
   –  Confirm photo for upload.
   –  Select the upload button.
