As you plan your next visit to the Club, you’ll be excited to hear that general club reservations are no longer required–so drop on in whenever you can and stay for as long as you want! We look forward to seeing you.

Locker rooms are open! We hope you’ve enjoyed having the convenience of these spaces available, and expect steam rooms, saunas, and whirlpools to reopen this week.

What are the current Club hours?
Monday-Thursday | 6:00 am to 9:00 pm

What is the check-in process?
We have implemented a seamless, touchless check-in process. Be sure to have your barcode on your Bay Club Connect mobile app ready for check-in!
We are offering camp sessions for children aged 3–17, and safety is our number one priority. From sports‐specific camps like tennis, golf, aquatics, and multi‐sport camps, every kid will find the perfect fit to grow, meet new friends, and, most importantly–have fun in a safe and trusted environment! I’m loving tennis and pickleball! What new offerings do you have?
With the fabulous spring weather upon us, we’re adding even more clinics to our schedule starting April 5. If you need assistance with which class to join, or are wondering about your ability level, please contact Gordon at And all skill levels are welcome to join our Pickleball Mixer every Wednesday morning at 9:30 am.

What are the court booking rules for singles, doubles, and the ball machine?
Now that the courts are getting busier, we will be enforcing the 1-hour limit for Singles. If there are 3 or more players on the court, the maximum reservation time is 1.5 hours–and please ensure that all players’ names are listed on the booking. And the maximum booking for the ball machine is one hour.

What are the lap and recreational swimming protocols? Do I need to reserve a lane?
No need to reserve a lane–it’s first-come, first-serve. You will find a whiteboard on both the Family and Adult pool decks. Please write your name, start time, and end time next to a lane designation. With the increase in usage, we will be enforcing a 1-hour time limit for lap swimming. We encourage lane sharing for those who are comfortable.

What Aquatics Programming do you currently offer?
We are currently offering parent-tot classes, private and semi-private swim lessons, stroke analysis, Youth Swim Team, Aqua Fitness, and Masters Swim Classes.

Tell me more about your fitness offerings.
We’re excited to be open both indoors and out! We’ve recently opened a brand new 8,000-square-foot indoor fitness space with turf, 40-foot ceilings, and a roll-up door, so you can still get fresh air while being indoors. Additionally, our upstairs fitness floor is ready for you, with plenty of well-spaced strength and cardio equipment. If you prefer an outdoor workout, we’ve got you covered. Center Court 1 has been transformed into a tented, outdoor, open-air Group Fitness Studio. And it doesn’t stop there! We’ve added equipment to our pool decks, and built an 8,000-square-foot fitness pavilion on Court 2, equipped with lighting and all your favorite equipment.

Are the locker rooms open?
Yes, the locker rooms are open! Day-use lockers are available—and even got an upgrade. We’ve transitioned from a key lock system to a Digilock system. We’ve posted signage around the locker rooms with instructions. All lockers are available, we ask that you stay socially distanced while in the locker room.

Is the Children’s Center open?
The Children’s Center is open for morning and mid-day drop-off, Monday through Saturday. Parents can choose from two blocks of time: 8:30 am-10:30 am or 11:00 am-1:00 pm. Please make a reservation through Bay Club Connect. Each time selection is valid for one week at a time. Feel free to reach out to Arrianna at with any additional questions.

Are reservations required?
Reservations are not required, but we recommend that you reserve space for our more impacted group exercise classes through Bay Club Connect–like Saturday morning Body Pump and Masters Swim–to ensure your spot! Lap swimming and recreational swimming are available without reservation.

When will the sauna and steam room open?
We look forward to reopening these spaces once San Jose County moves into the Yellow Tier. We will continue to keep you posted as we progress through the county tiered system.

Can we play basketball?
Members are welcome to use the court to shoot around. Please note, face coverings are required. Basketball games are not yet approved. Please check the gym schedule for open-gym timeframes.

Where can I go to hear all about the programs and events happening at the club?

Are food and beverage options available?
Café Vida at Courtside is open Tuesday through Friday, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Complimentary coffee is available every morning until 11:00 am.

Are you offering Swim Team and/or Swim Lessons at this time?

Are your Shop and Spa open?
The Shop is currently daily from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The Sanctuary Spa is open Wednesday-Friday from 9:00 am-5:00 pm. To make an appointment, please email Mia or Linda. And be sure to check out our current special: Buy any Vitamin c product, get 15% off your 2nd item, valid through April.

How do I pay my bill, update my account information, change my credit card or make an inquiry?
Bay Club Connect is your one-stop shop for managing your membership. You can take care of all billing needs, register for classes or camps, and even contact a member of our customer service team.

A Final Note…
Our updated mask guidelines, in accordance with the department of health, are as follows: Masks are required to be worn indoors at all times unless you are actively exercising and practicing social distancing. When walking from one space to the next, your face covering must be worn.

While outdoors, masks are required when you are not able to maintain social distance from persons outside your household.
