Junior Guard Prep
It is not too late to sign up! Led by Bay Club’s Rob Savage, our prep class has an outstanding 99 percent success rate. This class covers all the bases, with an emphasis on technique, endurance, and speed.
Kids Night Out-Dragon Egg Hunt
Friday, February 24 | 5:00 pm–7:00 pm
Join us for our weekly KNO drop-off event this Friday night! These events include a themed activity, exclusive play in the Clubhouse, and a pizza dinner for kids ages 2–10. Sign up on Bay Club Connect, under “Kids Programming.”

John is a NASM, certified personal trainer that focuses on strength, mobility, high intensity training, full body daily meditation, and more! He takes an unorthodox approach to the idea of exercise by helping guests understand how to activate the various muscles to burn more calories throughout their day, versus just during the workout.
