Classes will be held in the newly renovated functional training room at Bay Club San Francisco. One-hour class times are as follows:
Monday–Thursday | 6:00 am, 7:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 6:00 pm, and 7:00 pm
Friday | 6:00 am, 7:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:00 pm, and 6:00 pm
Saturday | 8:00 and 9:00 am
Sunday | 8:00 and 9:00 am
All classes are conducted by expert-level coaches who ensure you are performing movements safely and effectively.
New Classes Added
Beginning Monday, April 24, we will be adding NC 30 classes at Bay Club San Francisco. NC 30 is a 30-minute class focused on delivering a great stimulus efficiently! Programming includes functional body-weight movements, light loading, and cardiovascular exercises.
