Classes will be held in the newly renovated functional training room at Bay Club San Francisco. One-hour class times are as follows:
Monday–Thursday | 6:00 am, 7:00 am, 8:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, and 7:00 pm
Friday | 6:00 am, 7:00 am, 8:00 am, 12:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, and 6:00 pm
Saturday | 8:00, 9:00, and 10:00 am
Sunday | 8:00 and 9:00 am
All classes are conducted by expert-level coaches that ensure you are performing movements safely and effectively.
New Classes Added
Beginning Monday, April 24, we will be adding NC 30 classes at Bay Club San Francisco. NC 30 is a 30-minute class focused on delivering a great stimulus efficiently! Programming includes functional bodyweight movements, light loading and cardiovascular exercises.

May 17 | Outdoor NC Fit Classes
Get into the summer spirit—all evening classes at Bay Club San Francisco on Wednesday, May 17 will be held outside on the Plaza at 555 California Street. The NC Fit coaches will host class at 4:00, 5:00, and 6:00 pm, followed by a Performance Mindset Seminar at 7:00 pm with Adam Saucedo to learn how to enhance your current mindset to better reach your goals in all of your life’s performances.
