Los Angeles Update

With four incredible clubs in Los Angeles, there’s so much to look forward to—especially the $10 million of capital that’s been earmarked for your campus. We’re wrapping up a full fitness floor refresh at El Segundo, and starting the rendering process for Redondo Beach for fitness, locker room, lobby, and outdoor refreshes. Plus, stay tuned for a quick update on what’s coming to Manhattan Country Club, right down the street from El Segundo, and how we’re looking to add more amenities and clubs to your Los Angeles Campus.

Manhattan Country Club Renovation

Thank you for your valued continuing membership at Manhattan Country Club. While we work on the permitting with the city for the large-scale renovations at MCC, we can’t wait to share what our plans are to make your club even better. Say ‘hello’ to a brand-new expanded fitness floor, recovery, more pickleball, and drum roll please…a new pool—all coming your way as part of our upcoming $15 million MCC renovation!

San Diego Update

Our San Diego Campus is undergoing exciting upgrades highlighted by a brand-new expanded fitness floor, recovery, golf course improvements, and more—with $5 million of capital being invested into the campus! Watch now to see how we’re investing back into both properties and how we’re preparing for a great summer. Because nothing’s better than summer in San Diego…including our Summer Party on June 15. We hope to see you there!

South Bay Update

Exciting times are ahead in the South Bay as we embark on enhancements across all of our clubs, with over $10 million of capital that’s been earmarked for the region! From Redwood Shores to Santa Clara, and from Boulder Ridge to Courtside, we’re committed to elevating your experience at every turn. Get ready for a range of upgrades, including court resurfacing, upgraded locker rooms, welcoming lobbies, and enhanced fitness floors. Boulder Ridge recently underwent over $1 million of significant transformations with the addition of Trackman technology, a new driving range, and upgrades to the golf course. Stay tuned for more updates, and we hope to see you at our summer parties at Courtside on June 22 and Redwood Shores on August 10.

San Francisco Update

With $5 million being invested back into our San Francisco Campus, we have so many exciting plans to share. Starting with an additional 15,000 square feet of new fitness space under construction at Bay Club San Francisco, members can also look forward to refreshed locker rooms and recovery zones. Gateway will be your oasis this summer with brand-new social seating, programming, and more. Stay tuned for more details on this large-scale project at SF that is forecast to be completed by the end of 2024.

Marin Update

 We’re investing $10 million of capital back into our Marin Campus this year and are excited to share the ongoing and upcoming plans. Having just completed the stunning pool refresh at our newest club, Rolling Hills, we have started the work on our men’s locker room at Marin. Plus, golf course upgrades at StoneTree have been completed, and renderings are in the works for a large Ross Valley renovation starting at the end of this year. Next up: women’s locker room upgrades, recovery zones, enhanced & expanded fitness spaces, and so much more coming this year. In case you haven’t stopped by our newest Marin addition for a visit, join us at our summer party at Rolling Hills on July 13.

Rolling Hills Update

We’re excited to talk through the upgrades we’re making at Rolling Hills. With the recent completion of a brand-new $1 million pool deck, we are currently working on resurfacing all-new racquet sport courts, and soon to set our sights on a back-pool renovation starting next. We’ve allocated over $5 million to be invested back into your club to provide the best possible member experience and become the premier sports resort of Novato. Stay tuned for upgrades in the locker rooms and fitness centers, plus so much more—there’s a lot to look forward to at Rolling Hills. East Bay Update

What a great year it’s been in the East Bay so far, with so much more to come! From refreshed pool decks, pickleball, and fitness spaces, to a $10 million renovation at Walnut Creek and the introduction of golf (hello Crow Canyon!) into our East Bay Campus, we have a lot more coming your way with an incremental $10 million of capital being invested into the East Bay. Watch to hear more about our plans for recovery zones, new equipment, renovations, and how we’re creating an even stronger community. We hope to see you at our summer party at Crow Canyon on July 27.

Crow Canyon Amenity Update

There’s so much to look forward to at Crow Canyon with approximately $10 million being allocated for renovations by the end of 2025. We’re excited to talk through the upcoming upgrades that we’re making at your club, like additional outdoor amenities and clubhouse renovations, in addition to the renovations that have already started, like a new pool deck and tennis court refreshes! On the golf course, we’re leveling all par 3 tee boxes as well as fixing drainage and irrigation issues on the 7^th, 8^th and 9^th holes and have a brand-new fleet of golf carts arriving this month. Plus, there are so many great amenities across all of our East Bay clubs that you can enjoy, too. We hope to see you at our summer party at the club on July 27.

Portland Update

From revitalized fitness spaces to enhanced relaxation areas (Hello, Recovery!), we have $10 million of capital earmarked to reinvest into Portland in the coming years. Plus, we’re thrilled to welcome our neighbor in the Pacific Northwest, PRO Club. This expansion means more opportunities, amenities, and experiences for you. Stay tuned for more details about renovations and upgrades spanning all areas of the club in Portland.

PRO CLUB Update

With 400,000 square feet of indoor amenities, we’ve been taking the time to learn all parts of the club, what’s important to our membership, and how we can improve and innovate. With $20 million of capital planned for PRO Club, we’ll be sharing what’s coming, as well as our short-, and long-term plans for renovations and upgrades. But wait, there’s more! Hear all about our planned growth in the Pacific Northwest with upwards of 3-5 more properties joining us before the end of 2024.
