Dear Bay Club Community,
As we look forward to another great year at the clubs, we wanted to thank you for your continued loyalty and membership with us. We have grown, connected, and created memorable moments for both our members and associates. Across our regions, we had more than 8.5 million check-ins to the clubs, 1.7 million group exercise class attendances, 10,000+ happy campers, and over $400,000 donated to charities across our local communities—and we did all this together!
This year was one of incredible growth and investment back into our clubs. We kicked off the year by welcoming new communities across the Bay Area (Rolling Hills and Crow Canyon) and entered into the state of Washington (Hello PRO Club!). Not only did we grow in size, but we invested over $50 million in renovations to enhance member spaces, programs, and amenities, including our complimentary Recovery Centers in 13 different locations! We have much more growth planned for 2025, from acquisitions within our existing Geographical Zones (watch out for a few announcements in January), to establishing new Geographical Zones across the Mountain and Desert markets, and investing over $50+ million into our clubs.
We are proud of all that we accomplished in 2024 and are excited for what’s in store for 2025. With continued investments into our clubs, more flexibility through Shared Membership (2.0 coming in 2025!), and innovative programs across our regions, we are committed to providing the best experiences for our members.
