North Bay Region

We are underway with our $15 million capital investment in the North Bay Region.

The San Francisco Campus is currently under construction, which includes adding 15,000 square feet of new fitness space, refreshing the locker rooms, and adding a Recovery Center at the San Francisco Club. At Gateway, the pool locker rooms will be upgraded, in addition to a brand-new social seating area to enhance the relaxing atmosphere you know and love.

Just across the Golden Gate Bridge at our Marin Campus, we are making significant upgrades, including renovated locker rooms at Bay Club Marin, golf course improvements at StoneTree, and various enhancements at Ross Valley. At our newest acquisition, Rolling Hills, we have recently completed a $1 million pool deck, are currently resurfacing all racquet sports courts, and have finished renovating the adult pool.

East Bay Region

We recently invested $10 million in renovations in Walnut Creek, which includes adding a Recovery Center and expanding into golf with the acquisition of Crow Canyon Country Club. At Crow Canyon, we refreshed the pool deck with new social seating, firepits, and brand-new umbrellas. We also enhanced the racquet sports facilities by resurfacing the courts, refreshing the tennis area, and adding four new pickleball courts.

At Pleasanton and Walnut Creek, we upgraded all lockers to full-length units, renovated the wet areas in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms at Walnut Creek, and added Recovery Centers. In Fremont, we’re expanding our squash court footprint and have recently completed the addition of a complimentary Recovery Center.

South Bay Region

We have allocated over $10 million of capital to reinvest in the Southbay region. At Redwood Shores, we launched Local Kitchens, our new multi-brand restaurant featuring signature dishes crafted by top chefs. We also added a complimentary Recovery Center and upgraded the 77 Social indoor/outdoor seating area. Additionally, we are in the process of upgrading all the locker rooms and the lobby area.

At both Santa Clara and Courtside, we refreshed our racquet courts, invested in new fitness equipment, and added complimentary Recovery Centers.

At Boulder Ridge Golf Club, we invested $1 million into the installation of Trackman technology, a new driving range, and overall improvements and upgrades to the golf course.

Southern California Region

Across our six clubs from Los Angeles to San Diego, we are committed to investing $15 million in capital improvements.

At Bay Club El Segundo, we have completed a refresh of the fitness floor, which includes new lighting, flooring, and the addition of 2,000 square feet of functional turf training space. Additionally, the all-new Recovery Center is complete with state-of-the-art amenities.

In Redondo Beach, we have completed our outdoor fitness improvement project, featuring the addition of Beaverfit. In San Diego, the fitness center renovation at Carmel Valley was finalized this summer, featuring new flooring, 1,200 square feet of functional training turf space, new fitness equipment, and the opening of a new Recovery Center.

At Fairbanks Ranch, we have completed golf course upgrades and refreshed all the pickleball courts. At Manhattan Country Club, we are working through a comprehensive club renovation that will continue throughout the remainder of the year.

Pacific Northwest Region

With our recent expansion in the Pacific Northwest, we are investing a total of $30 million in capital between Portland and our two PRO Club properties.

We have revitalized the fitness spaces in Portland and added a brand-new Recovery Center featuring cutting-edge amenities like HydroMassage and CryoLounge Chairs.

At PRO Club, we recently completed the renovation of the fitness floor, added state-of-the-art equipment, made upgrades to the indoor pool, and refinished the flooring in our racquetball and squash courts.
